Anderson, Minnie (08 JAN 1862-28 JUNE 1947)

 

Mrs. Minnie Anderson passed away at her home in the town of Beaver Saturday morning, June 28, after an illness of several months. She was born on Jan. 8, 1862, in Christini, Finland, of Swedish parents.

 

On Nov. 25, 1883, she was married to Robert Anderson, and together they came to America in 1892 and settled on a farm in Beaver, now operated by their son, carl.

 

Her husband preceded her in death in 1940; one son in infancy, and a daughter, Mrs. Victor (Hilda) Johnson, passed away in 1932. Survivors are Carl Arthur, at home; William of Curtiss; Alfred, in the town of Beaver; Mrs. Harvey (Hulda) Reichert and Mrs. David (Frieda) Schuchardt of Milwaukee. A sister, Mrs. Lena Hendrickson of Hibbing, Minn,. and four grandchildren also survive.

 

Funeral services were held Tuesday, at the Loyal funeral home at 1:30 p.m. and at Trinity Lutheran church, of which she was a member, at 2 o’clock. The Rev. John C. Langholz officiated, and burial was in the Loyal cemetery.

 

Pallbearers were; Edd Dobbe, Lee Clouse, Floyd Gardner, Frank Duell, August Lubel and George Otto. In charge of flowers were Bernard and Lois Anderson and Robert and Phyllis Reichert.

 

The Tribune extends to the bereaved its sympathy in the loss of a beloved mother, grandmother and sister.
