Winter, Lavon (Marriage - 6 December 1958)

Miss Lavon Winter of Granton and Arnold Rochsteiner, Jr., Clinton, N. Y., exchanged marriage vows in a double ring ceremony performed by the Rev. Marvin Beninga in the Zion Lutheran Church, Granton, December 6.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Celon Winter, Granton, and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Rochsteiner, Sr., Clinton, N. Y.

For her wedding, the bride wore a gown of rosepoint lace and nylon tulle over satin, fashioned in a floor-length skirt.  The fitted bodice was highlighted by a Sabrina neckline.  Her fingertip veil of imported silk illusion was secured to a sequin trimmed cap and her bridal bouquet consisted of a white orchid surrounded by yellow rosebuds.

She was attended by Miss Virginia Winter as maid of honor.  Bridesmaids were Mrs. Richard Wallace of Neillsville, and Miss Nancy Schutt of Monroe.

William Meier, Jr., Neillsville was bestman, Richard Wallace and Roger Winter served as groomsmen.  Ushers were Glenn Raplinger, Marshall, and Bruce Winkler, Granton.

On their return from a wedding trip to Hawaii they will reside in Clinton, N.Y., where the groom is engaged in farming.
