Santala, Otto (1883? - 9 JUN 1957)
Otto Santala, 73, a former resident of this community (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.), passed away suddenly Sunday, June 9th, 1957, at the home of his brother, Oscar, in Lake Worth, Florida. He suffered a stroke while alone in his home on Saturday and then passed away the next day while being cared for at the home of his brother.
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon in Lake Worth.
Mr. Santala was a successful farmer residing in the town of Hixon for 40 years prior to retiring nine years ago and moving to Lake Worth.
At the time of his death Mrs. Santala was vacationing and visiting with relatives in Michigan. She immediately flew to her home, as did her son, Eugene Santala of Withee.
