Schmidt, Bertha (14 JAN 1956)
Clark County’s new judge, Lowell D. Schoengarth, performed his first marriage ceremony Saturday. The principals were Bertha Schmidt, Marshfield, and Gilbert Dennis Foemmel, Neillsville (Clark Co., Wis.). Witnesses were Gilbert Reinwand and Bernadine Winer. The ceremony took place in the judge’s chambers at 2:30 p.m.
