Kuehn, Norbert #2 (25 MAY 1915 - 29 SEP 1967)

 

Funeral services were held for Norbert E. Kuehn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Kuehn Oct. 2, 1967.  He died Thursday, Sept. 29, 1967, at 6:15, twelve hours after the train-car collision.  He was a mechanic for the past 8 years at different places and worked the last years at Lakeside Canning Factory and Stokely at Plymouth.

 

He attended Decker School and farmed with his parents until February 1959.  He was a member of the Salem Plan Road United Church of Christ at Plymouth and treasurer of the men’s Brotherhood.

 

He was born May 25, 1915.  He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Kuehn; two brothers and two sisters, Mrs. John Stephen, Waldo; Harold Kuehn, Owen; Mrs. Harold (Eileen) Hodnett, Withee; Mrs. Evan Kuehn, Marshfield; and other relatives and friends.

 

Visitation services were held at the Wittkopp Funeral Home at Plymouth from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, the body was brought to Greenwood to the Hill Funeral Home and burial was in the West Side Cemetery.
