Anderegg, Lillie M. #2 (23 JAN 1885 - 23 NOV 1950)

 

Death came suddenly to Mrs. Jacob Anderegg at the Neillsville Hospital at 6:30 Thursday morning, Nov. 23, 1950.

 

She had attended Thanksgiving services at the Lutheran Church on Wednesday evening.  Following her return from church, she became ill and was taken to the hospital.

 

She was born on Jan. 23, 1885, at Jefferson.  When a small child, she came with her parents to the town of York (Clark Co., Wis.), where they settled on a farm.  Her maiden name was Lillie Margaret Seidelmann.  She attended the Lincoln School.

 

After her marriage to Mr. Anderegg on May 12, 1902, at Neillsville, they continued to reside on a farm in York, until about four years ago, when they moved into the new home they had built here.

 

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. J. C. Langholz at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, in the Trinity Lutheran Church.  She was a member of this church and also of Trinity Aid, which society attended the funeral in a body.

 

Mrs. Romaine Rossow sang "Abide With Me," "Asleep in Jesus" and "Softly and Tenderly," with Dorothy Capelle accompanying at the organ.

 

Serving as pallbearers were Vilas Conradt, Ray Hannan, Erwin Noeldner, Herman Noeldner, John Wehe and Harvey benedict.

 

Mrs. Anderegg is survived by her husband and eight children, Edwin Anderegg, Ervin Anderegg and Mrs. Delmar (Viola) Bartsch of Loyal, Mrs. Fred (Meta) Jacobi of Spencer, Mrs. Percy (Elma) Zickert of Neillsville, Mrs. Russell (Amanda) Gross of Richfield, Cal., Mrs. John (Melinda) Sladek of Marshfield, and Reuben Anderegg of South Beloit, Ill.; 18 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four brothers, William Seidelmann of Owen, John Seidelmann of Tacoma, Wash., Henry Seidelmann of Neillsville and Michael Seidelmann of Chippewa Falls, and one sister, Mrs. Barbara Greeley of Hoquiam, Wash.
