C. Northup’s threshing crew, C. Reed and James Hora, spent Friday night at J. Randall’s place.

 

G. Lastofka and L. Turnow are both bachelors now for a while on the A. Schuler place.

 

C. Reed purchased a new buggy last week.

 

The dance at Fred Haack’s cheese factory Saturday night was well enjoyed; everybody was happy.

 

Bill Plumer brought a load of wood for the county farm last Friday from Heintown.

 

H. Potter broke his new buggy last Saturday night while going to a dance.

 

O. Northup is hauling rock from the county farm for his new barn.

 

Frank Potter bought the old church house last week and now has made a machine shed of it.

 

Albert Schuley and family left for Berlin, Wis., last Friday night to spend a few days with his folks and old friends.

 

James Horn, William Plumer and Frank Plumer spent last Tuesday evening at W. Potter’s place.

 

Bill Randall is going out chicken hunting pretty soon, but he didn’t say what kind of chickens he is going for.
