Neillsville, Wisconsin Personals (April - 1902)

 

Mrs. Peters and children went to St. Paul Monday.

 

Miss Mattie Stockwell went to St. Paul Tuesday morning.

 

Miss Blanche Ring came home Sunday for a week’s visit.

 

Mrs. Julius W. Sontag and child of Altoona are here on a visit.

 

Jas. Wilson of Humbird was in the city last week on business.

 

Miss Ethel Ring has been at home from Milwaukee the past week.

 

Miss Gertrude Kennedy is home from Stevens Point for the spring vacation.

 

Miss Annie and Master Tom Hill, of Galesville, are visiting at the Jess Lowe home.

 

J. F. Schuster went to Onalaska last Saturday to attend the funeral of Jos. Nesbit.

 

Rev. Longenecker went to Pittsville yesterday to attend an ecclesiastical council.

 

Robert Burton of Green Bay is spending a week in the city with relatives and friends.

 

Miss Angie Ferguson came home from Stevens Point on Saturday for the Easter vacation.

 

Miss Marion O’Neill spent a few days at home the past week, returning to Milwaukee Tuesday.

 

Miss Meda Dyer of Mauston is spending her week’s vacation with her sister, Mrs. Geo. Sontag.

 

Miss Jessie Merrick, who is teaching at Loyal this year, is spending her week’s vacation at the Grow home.

 

Dr. G. E. Curtiss of Granton has rented the Dr. Kennedy offices, and will soon move to this city and practice his profession.  The Dr. will be welcome.

 

Messrs. Henry Gorke, Brust Anfield, Jules Zimmerdorf, Ed Zimmerdorf and Gus Zimmerdorf, Andrew Larson and Jesse Sparks, of Sherwood, were in the city Monday on business.

 

Miss Alice Ring came home last Thursday from Hillside Home School for a short visit, and was accompanied by a friend and schoolmate, Miss Luella Pattee, whose home is in Perry, Iowa.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Shew of Woodruff, Wis., arrived here Tuesday morning and will make Neillsville their home.  For the present they will reside with the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. K. Redmond.
