Krause, Mary Ann (Marriage - 30 July 1960)
Miss Mary Ann Krause, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Krause, Curtiss, Route 1, and Gerald Raymond Fischer, son of Mrs. Barbara Fischer, Medford, were united in marriage at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran church, Medford, Saturday, July 30. The Rev. R. E. Aden officiated at the 1:30 o’clock ceremony.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length gown of hand clipped rose point lace and sheer nylon tulle over satin. Her finger tip veil was caught to a crown of pearls and rhinestones. She carried a cascade bouquet of red roses with white carnations and lace streamers.
Attending as her maid of honor was her cousin, Miss Betty Krause, of Milwaukee. Her sister, Donna, of Curtiss, and Miss Judy Hamm of Curtiss and Miss Marjo Olson of Ripon were bridesmaids. Miss Denise Krause of Westboro, another cousin, was flower girl.
Edwin Fischer of Medford, a cousin of the groom, was best man. Glen Fischer of Milwaukee, Walter Krause, brothers of the bridal couple, and Ronald Fischer of Withee, cousin of the groom, were groomsmen. Bradley Millikin of Milwaukee was ring bearer for his uncle.
Erwin Krause and John Rickaby were ushers.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Fischer are making their home in Medford where the groom is employed as a truck driver. He is a graduate of the Medford high school and the bride is a graduate of the Abbotsford high school.
