Kocian, Kevin W. (September 7, 1955 - August 26, 2010)

Kevin W. Kocian, age 54, died Thursday August 26, 2010 at the Kaiser Permanente Hospital in West Los Angeles, California.

Kevin was born September 7, 1955, in Wausau, the son of Paul and Virginia (Mueller) Kocian.

Kevin moved with his family to Van Nuys, CA as a teen, and it was there he graduated from high school.  He graduated from UCLA with an economics degree and later received his accounting credentials.

He was employed as a certified public accountant in West Los Angeles until retiring because of ill health. 

Some of Kevin’s interests included cooking, camping and traveling.

He is survived by two sisters, Nadyne Williams, Winnetka, CA, and Ellen (Rick) Pearson, Ventura, CA. 

A private family service is scheduled. Burial will be in the Dorchester Memorial Cemetery. The Maurina-Schilling funeral home is assisting the family with arrangements.
