Nichols, Myron R. #4 (25 DEC 1873 - 7 SEP 1951)

 

Myron R. Nichols, 78, passed away at the Old People’s Home in Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), Sept. 7, 1901, after an illness of several years.  He was born to Milo and Tamma (Fuller) Nichols on Dec. 25, 1873, in the town of Weston, Clark Co.  Here he received his education.

 

The family moved to the town of Loyal, where he was married to Mary Clouse, Nov. 9, 1899.  They lived in Loyal a few years, then moved to Elmhurst, Langlade Co., where he entered the lumber business for several years.  After his health failed her made his home in Loyal.

 

He is survived by five sons, Lester, Howard and Chauncey of Chicago; Forrest of Antigo, and Burt of Bear Creek.  One son, Orville, passed away at Antigo when six years old.  He is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Fannie Smith of Loyal, and one brother, William, who passed away later the same day.  One sister and two brothers preceded him in death.
