Malaszuk, Joseph (19 MAR 1871 - 6 JUL 1956)

 

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. F. Piekarski at St. Hedwig’s Church here on July 10th, 1956 for Joseph Malaszuk of the Town of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.), who passed away at the Stanley Victory Memorial Hospital at 8:10 p.m. on Friday, July 6th, 1956 of old age infirmities.

 

The deceased was born in Poland on March 19, 1871.  He came to America in December 1911 and spent some time in West Virginia, later moving to Milwaukee where he resided for three years.  He then came to this community and became engaged in farming which he continued to the rest of his years.  He was united in marriage to Eva Zajanc in Lublin on Dec. 10, 1912.

 

He is survived by his wife and two sons, Stanley at home and Frank of West Allis, Wis., two daughters, Wanda, Mrs. Steve Kryck of Chicago and Rose at home.

 

Burial was made in St. Hedwig’s Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Walter Zurakowski, Chas. Gutowski, Felix Lato, Henry Karpinski, Victor Zielinski and Chas. Deniszklewicz.

 

Friends and relatives from out of town here to attend the funeral of Jos. Malaszuk on July 10th were, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Martin, Mrs. Roman Poprocki, Mr. and Mrs. George Poprocki and children, Emery Budzinski, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Budzinski, Arlene Parker and Lottie Kowalski, all of Milwaukee, and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Krych and family of Chicago.
