Wittner, John R. (Military Notes - 1960)
Mr. and Mrs. John R. Wittner left Sunday, for San Bernardino, Calif. after spending a week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Braun of Greenwood, and with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Wittner of Eau Claire. They had resided in New York since their marriage, August 29, 1959. Mr. Wittner was recently graduated from a five month semi-automatic air ground environment computer field engineering course at Kingston, N. Y. He has been assigned to the (words unreadable) at San Bernardino, Calif., where he will be engaged in (words unreadable).
Mrs. Wittner is the former June Braun. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Braun entertained at a family get-together at their home Sunday. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Allen Braun and children of Minneapolis, Minn. and Mr. and Mrs. Irvin (Shirley) Humke and son Dennis of Greenwood.
