Peissig, William #3 (14 SEP 1906 - 20 FEB 1957)

 

William Peissig, 50, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), former Thorp resident, died last Wednesday night at the Wis. General Hospital at Madison.  Death was due to a heart ailment.

 

Mr. Peissig was born in the town of Little Black (Taylor Co.) Sept. 14, 1906, and attended the Liberty School there.  He was a carpenter by trade and had lived in the Owen-Thorp area the past 20 years.  His wife is the former Martha Boxrucker.

 

Besides his wife, he is survived by four children, Duane, Dale, Barbara, and Diane, all at home, two brothers, Oscar, Stetsonville; Edward, Beloit; and two sisters, Mrs. George Obernberger, Fifield, and Mrs. Chris Brunner, town of Little Black.
