Nicole Lee Kloth, Dorchester, and Marc Joseph den Otter, Athens, were united in marriage on September 4, 2010, at Christ United church in Athens, Pastor Kenneth A. Dix officiated.

 

The bride is the daughter of Jesse and Karen Kloth, Dorchester.

 

The groom is the son of Theo and Diane den Otter, Athens.

 

The bride wore an Alfred Angelo white/metallic satin wedding dress with embroidery with metallic accent, crystal beading as sequins, and a semi-cathederal train. The veil included crystal beading and tiara. The bouquet was made of white roses and lavender and turquoise accent flowers with greenery. 

 

Flower girls were Abigail Duerr, daughter of the bride, and Isabelle den Otter, daughter of the groom, Athens. 

 

Ringbearers were Cody, Malachi and Eric den Otter, sons of the groom, Athens. 

 

Maid of honor was Ashley Behrens, friend of the bride, Abbotsford. Bridesmaids were Beth Lang, friend of the bride, Unity; Kelly Langjhar friend of the bride, Unity; and Suzanne Roehl, sister of the groom, Loyal. 

 

Best man was Jeremy Koth, brother of the bride, Menomonie. Groomsmen were Jeremie Writz, friend of the groom, Wausau; Shane Chesmore, friend of the groom, Colby; and Dennis Roehl, brother-in-law of the groom, Loyal. 

 

Ushers were Mike den Otter, Athens, and Stephan den Otter, Tigerton. 

 

Music during the ceremony was provided by Double D Entertainment, Athens. Photographer was Jim Brandt Photography of Colby. 

 

A reception was held at Athens Community Hall with 150 guests attending. 

 

The bride is a 2004 graduate of UW-Marshfield and a 2006 graduate of UW-Stout with a degree in family and consumer education. She will also graduate from Silver Lake College in 2011 with a bachelor’s in early childhood education. She is presently employed as a substitute teacher in are school districts.

 

The groom is a 1996 graduate of NTC with a degree in computer programming. He is presently a farmer in Athens.

 

The couple lives in Athens with their five children.
