Methodist (Conference - 1960)

The Rev. and Mrs. Virgil Holmes and children left Tuesday, June 7, for La Crosse, where they planned to visit with his parents, the Rev. and Mrs. Lee Holmes, and attend the annual West Wisconsin Conference of the Methodist Church.  Mrs. Albert Wilson accompanied them as the lay delegate of the Neillsville Methodist Church.  The Rev. Lee Holmes now serves St. Luke’s Methodist Church at La Crosse.  He is a former pastor of the Loyal Methodist Church.

Mrs. Fern Vandeberg of York Center is attending the annual Methodist Conference at La Crosse this week as the official lay delegate of Loyal and York Center Methodist churches.
