Kovatch, Mary Jean (Marriage - 10 September 1960)

Nuptial vows were repeated September 10, by Mary Jean Kovatch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kovatch of Owen, and Otto Wagner of Highland Park, Ill., son of Mrs. Wagner of Phoenix, Ariz.  The Rev. Fr. Hubert Crubel performed the double ring ceremony in Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Owen.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, was attired in an intermission length dress of silk organza over nylon net.  The sleeves and neckline were outlined with embroidered appliqué, which was repeated at the hemline.  Her fingertip veil was attached to a headpiece of seed pearls and pleated silk organza.  She carried a crescent bouquet of white Amazon lilies, pink sweetheart roses and white stephanotis, entwined with ivy foliage.

Miss Barbara Carl of Wheeling, Ill., was her maid of honor.  Bridesmaid was Miss Sheila Kovatch of Owen.  Carole Kovatch was flower girl.

Fred Selzer of Wilmette, Ill., attended the groom as bestman; and groomsman was Robert Wagner of Phoenix, Ariz.  Leonard Galarowicz and Ed Kovatch were ushers.

On their return from a wedding trip into Canada, the new Mr. and Mrs. Wagner will reside in Highland Park.
