Searvogel, Nellie (2 March 1901 - 17 November 1960)

 

Services for Mrs. Edward (Nellie) Searvogel, 59, of Marshfield, were held from St. Anthony’s Catholic Church Monday morning, with the Rev. Norbert King in charge.  Burial was made in the parish cemetery.  Funeral arrangements were made by the Myre Funeral home.

 

Mrs. Searvogel died November 17 in a Marshfield hospital. She had been a resident of that city for the last four years, moving there from Loyal.

 

Mrs. Searvogel was born March 2, 1901, in Randolph. She moved with her parents to the Loyal area in 1918, and was married to Edward Searvogel on June 18, 1930.

 

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Marshfield, and of its Altar Society.

 

Mrs. Searvogel is survived by her husband; and a daughter, Mrs. Jane Kayhart of Milwaukee; six sisters, Mrs. Anton (Grace) Klimmer of Loyal; Mrs. Arthur (Margaret) Searvogel of Randolph; Mrs. Bernard (Rosetta) Beaver of Marshfield; Mrs. Henry (LaVerne) Degenhardt of Loyal, Gladys Ryan of Loyal, and Mrs. Wilder (Isabelle) Kennow of Marshfield; and by five brothers, James Ryan of Randolph, Charles Ryan of Wauconda, Ill., William Ryan of Cudahy, Henry and Lawrence Ryan of Loyal. Also surviving is a granddaughter, Gail Kayhart of Milwaukee.

 

Pallbearers were nephews: Richard and Ronald Beaver, Edwin and James Degenhardt, Rodney Kennow and Melvin Klimmer.
