Lang, Nora #2 (28 JAN 1961)

Mrs. Nora Lang of Dorchester (Clark Co., Wis.) and David Motelet of Abbotsford were united in marriage Saturday morning.  The Rev. Gerald Schuh read the double ring service at 10 o’clock, followed by a nuptial mass in St. Louis Catholic Church, Dorchester.

For her wedding, the bride chose a mint green dress of Chantilly lace over taffeta with a short jacket and matching clip hat.  She wore a corsage of pink cymbidium orchids and white stephanotis.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Zuber, Abbotsford, attended the couple as matron of honor and best man.  Miss Shirley Lang was bridesmaid for her mother, and Gerald Younker was groomsman.  Ray Gebert and Louis Boxrucker performed the ushering duties.

The wedding breakfast and dinner were served at the Block Hotel in Dorchester, and a reception was held at the village hall at Abbotsford from 7 to 11 o’clock.

Mr. Motelet, son of Mrs. Elizabeth Motelet of Tomahawk, was graduated from the Tomahawk High School and served in the armed services from 1941 to 1945.  He is employed as a supervisor at the Packaging Corp. of America at Colby.

Mr. and Mrs. Motelet will make their home in Abbotsford on their return from a week’s honeymoon trip.
