Hoffman, Beatrice (3 JUN 1961)

Miss Beatrice Hoffman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl C. Hoffman of rural Medford, and Lawrence Jarocki, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Jarocki, were united in marriage Saturday, June 3, 1961, at 10:30 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Stetsonville.  The Rev. Wilfred W. Fries officiated.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, was attired in a white gown designed with panels of embroidered orchids on nylon over taffeta with three-quarter length sleeve, a scoop neckline and chapel train.  Her fingertip veil fell from a pillbox hat of lace, pearls and sequins.  She carried a lace covered prayer book with orchids.

Matron of honor in the wedding party was Mrs. Paul Bach Jr. of Medford.  Bridesmaids were Miss Judy Hryniewicki of Chippewa Falls and Misses Connie and Sharon Ruesch of Medford.  Mrs. Bach wore a mint green dress of chiffon over taffeta with cap sleeves and a round neckline with chiffon drape, complemented by a wrist corsage of carnations.  The bridesmaids’ dresses were the same styling in lilac color.

Flower girls were Susan and Rita Hoffman.

The groom’s attendants were Charles Hoffman of Dorchester, as best man, and groomsmen were Arthur Jarocki of Abbotsford and Dick and Tom Heier of Medford.  Ushers were Ed Hryniewicki and Alfred Heier.

Wedding day events were a dinner and reception held in the church basement, and a dance in the evening at the C.O.F. Hall.

The bride is a graduate of the Medford High School and the groom graduated from the Abbotsford High School.
