Salvack, Marie (1 SEP 1928)

A very pretty wedding took place when Miss Marie Salvack was married to Mr. Peter Pabick, Sept. 1st, 1928, at 9 o'clock at St. Hedwig's Church, Rev. F. Kulig officiating.

The bride was attired in a white satin and lace dress, wore a pretty white veil and carried a shower bouquet. She was attended by a flower girl, Marie Singer, the groom's niece, attired in a yellow crepe dress and headband to match, carrying a basket of yellow and white daisies; a ring bearer, Leon Najuch, her nephew; a maid of honor, Harriet Pabick, attired in yellow georgette and lace dress and headband to match, carrying a bouquet of yellow roses; and six bridesmaids, Pauline Panek, Emily Salvack, Eugene Moskiewicz, Mary Jedinak, Dyme Salvack and Katherine Panek, all attired in yellow taffeta dresses, with headbands to match, carrying bouquets of yellow and white daisies.

The groom, who wore the customary blue, was attended by a best man, Joe Salvack, and five ushers: Mike Pabick, Peter Salvack, Frank Panek, Paul Sliwka and Frank Rymarz.

A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents.

The young couple intends to make their future home on the groom's farm in the town of Reseburg and have the best wishes of all their friends.

Those from out of town who attended the wedding were Mrs. John Singer and children, Mike Pabick, Paul Sliwka, Suzanne Viatr, Helen H., Mr. and Mrs. S. Zmyzlong and Fr. R., all of Milwaukee, Sophia Pabick, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pabick and son Francis, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Sliwka and daughter Isabelle, and Mr. and Mrs. V. Gulczynski, all of Stanley, Mrs. Frances O'Connor of Horicon, M. Hendzel and J. Koczmarek and family of Lublin, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Czajka and family of Beaver Dam, Wis., Mr. and Mrs. Howard, Gertie and Julia Zwolinski, Mr. and Mrs. Jedinak and daughter, Marie of Minneapolis, and Josephine Kowaleski, Frank Salvack and family and Mr. and Mrs. Wojciziechoski, all of Owen.
