Marsden, Della (22 AUG 1959)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Marsden of Rockford, Ill. are announcing the marriage of their daughter, Della Ann of Milwaukee and Ronald Erickson, Milwaukee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Erickson of Ahmeek, Mich.

 

The ceremony was performed August 22, 1959 by Rev. Koepf in the Saint Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cudahy.

 

A small reception was held at the groom’s sister’s home in Milwaukee, after which the couple honeymooned in Wis. Dells.

 

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a ballerina length gown of white embroidered lace on silk mist taffeta with a scoop neckline and short sleeves.  The bride’s bouquet was a white orchid surrounded by white carnations.

 

She was attended by Carla Marsden, sister of the bride, as maid of honor.  She wore a short princess style gown of blue lace and carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations.

 

The groom was attended by Gerald Erickson, brother of the groom, as best man.

 

Jerry Dall, friend of the bride and groom, was usher.

 

Mrs. Erickson was graduated from the Owen-Withee Senior High School (Clark Co., Wis.) and has been employed in Milwaukee for the past two years doing secretarial work.

 

The groom is a graduate of Calumet High School of Calumet, Mich., and is employed at Wis. Electric Power Company in Cudahy.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Erickson are making their home in Milwaukee.
