Levis (5 Mar 1914)

E. Seelow and Emilie Frey are ill with the measles.

Chas. Shramek and Frank Vasko went to Chicago Tuesday, returning Sunday.

Lulu Richmond resumed her school duties Monday after four weeks vacation.

Mrs. Fred Schroeder and son, Rudolph, visited H. Blum and family Sunday and Monday.

Chas. Thompson and wife visited S. Johnson and family Sunday.

M. Keller and son, Oscar, called at the home of H. Blum Monday evening.

J. Koran and son, Anton, of Black River Falls visited at the home of A. Meier and family Wednesday and Thursday of last week.

Mrs. Wm. Kelpin of Granton came Saturday for a visit with H. Blum and family.  Mr. Kelpin came Tuesday for a visit, returning home Tuesday evening accompanied by his wife.

A. Michalski, wife, and Roman Pscheidt spent Sunday evening at the home of Wm. Rath.

Willie Johnson returned from Chicago Sunday.

Mrs. A. Fesssenden is recovering from a long and serious illness.

Mr. and Mrs. H. Siems visited at the home of H. Blum and family Friday.

John Blum, Carl Schroeder and Albert Meier spent Sunday evening at the home of H. Meier.

A. Crockett returned home from Marshfield Friday.  Mrs. Crockett went down Friday, returning Sunday.  Avis is still in a critical condition.

H. Schmidt is able to be out, but is still quite ill.

Neighbors of Mr. and Mrs. Gleason gave them a housewarming Tuesday evening of last week.  All had a very pleasant evening.

Ted Munson spent Friday evening at he home of J. Gilbertson.

There was a party at the home of A. Epp Friday evening.
