Krueger, Harvey (29 August 1894 - 9 July 1962)

 

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday from St. John’s Lutheran Church in Christie for Harvey E. Krueger, 67, Rt. 1, Greenwood. Mr. Krueger died Monday in a Marshfield hospital.

 

The Rev. Otto Boettcher of Greenwood officiated. Burial was made in the Town of Weston Cemetery.

 

Born August 29, 1894, in Dodge County, he was educated there and in Clark County schools.  He had farmed and had been in poor health for the past two and one-half years.

 

Surviving Mr. Krueger are a sister, Mrs. Mike (Julia) Trampala, Milwaukee, and a brother, Walter Krueger, Greenwood area.

 

He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.  The Georgas Funeral Home had charge of the funeral arrangements.

"Asleep in Jesus" and "I’m but a Stranger Here" were sung by the congregation accompanied by Miss Bonnie Lavene.

 

Mrs. Mike Trampala of Milwaukee, and Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Mills, Owen were here for the service.
