Neillsville Locals (30 August 1962)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Kroll have returned from a trip through the Ozark Mountains of Missouri and Mammoth Cave, Ky.  They also visited friends in southern Illinois.

 

Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Haas and Mr. and Mrs. August DeKennan and Miss Joan Haas spent the weekend with the James Haas family in Barron.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Meihack and children of Haskins, Nebr., are visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Meihack.  Marvin is principal in a parochial school in Haskins.

 

Robert Boness underwent surgery on his leg last week Tuesday in a Marshfield hospital.  His daughter, Mrs. Gordon Campbell spent the day with him.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Leak and family of Excelsior, Minn., and the Rev. Walter Wang of Wheaton, Minn., were weekend visitors at the E. G. Burtness home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Meredith are planning to visit the John Flitter family this weekend at a cottage near Spooner.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Moldenhauer and son, Randy, spent last weekend at the Harvey Krause home in Neillsville.  They moved to Taylor Sunday, where he will be employed.

 

Mrs. Helen Evans and daughter, Mrs. Carol Thomas, entertained last week in honor of Virgil (missing names).
