The baby of Mr. and Mrs. Gustave Riedel is reported to be somewhat better.

 

Otto Becker returned from Milwaukee Saturday morning where he attended the cheesemakers convention.

 

Mrs. Ed Steinbach gave a party last Sunday in honor of her sister.  All present had a very enjoyable time.

 

Mrs. A. W. Beil entertained the Carnation Club Wednesday.

 

Don’t forget the Masquerade dance Saturday night.

 

Arthur Garbush and family, Peter Jensen and wife and Richard Gotter and family spent Sunday at Fred Kleinschmidt’s.

 

Robert Nankivell and aunt visited at John Altenburg’s Sunday.

 

Fred Grad, Leo Kleinschmidt, Max Opelt, John Ure and Wm. Reisner attended the school board meeting at Neillsville last Tuesday.

 

Robert Washburn is suffering with a acute attack of sugar diabetes.  He is taking treatments of Dr. Ross of Granton.
