Foemmel’s Corners (24 February 1911)

 

Harmon Huntley and family visited Geo Huntley’s last Friday.

 

August and Fred Foemmel cut pole wood for Truman Davis the first of the week.

 

Winn & Dubes cut circle wood for Al Nonhof Saturday.

 

Al Nonhof and family attended church at York Center Sunday.

 

Mrs. Frank Rogers entertained the Ladies Aid of York Center this week Wednesday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Pietenpol spent Sunday at James Scoles’.

 

Geo Glover spent Sunday with his family in Marshfield.  He was accompanied by Lucile Davis.

 

A very pretty and quiet wedding took place last Thursday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gottlieb Krause when their second daughter Elsie was united in the holy bonds of matrimony to Mr. Freeman Dankemyer of Fremont, by Rev. Reiff.
