Sherwood Area (6 June 1963)

Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Williams and Marvin and Mrs. Nathan Vandeberg and sons of Wisconsin Rapids drove to Genoa Saturday where they met the Albert Zank family and Mrs. Art Williams.  Mrs. Williams returned with them to spend the summer at her home.  She spent the winter with the Zank family in Cedar Falls, Ia.  Mr. and Mrs. Zank and Jerry plan to leave June 11 by plane for Germany to visit their daughter and sister, Mrs. Richard Gallager, and her family. 

Mrs. Casper Deiter went to Dubuque, Ia., Sunday to assist at the home of a daughter as a granddaughter is very ill in a hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Krause and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Urban and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Stevens, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Vincent and Joyce and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Wall picnicked at Sherwood Lake Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Huth, Sr., and family, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Huth, Jr., and family, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Huth and family and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard St. John and family had a family picnic at the Mrs. Frank St. John home Memorial Day.
