Lynn (21 July 1911)

 

Rob Washburn, Ed Sternitzky and Ray and Eddie Ure were fishing near Stratford last Sunday.

 

Max Opelt, Dave Garbush, Will Wagner, Ernst Neinas and Otto Becker went to Marathon City with the auto.

 

There will be a dance at Lynn pavilion next Saturday night.

 

Paul Martin of Plymouth is visiting John Martin, his uncle, this week.  After that he will go to Manila where he took a government job in the war department for three years.

 

Don’t forget the dance next Saturday.

 

Mrs. Rudolph Viergutz went to Canada Tuesday where she will join her husband who is working there.

 

Miss Hazel Washburn went to Millston to visit her grandma.

 

Miss Rose Hertig and Susie Sternitzky came home from Marshfield this week or a short visit.

 

The ballgame Sunday between East York and Lynn was rather one sided. The scores were 29 to 8 in favor of Lynn.
