Equity meeting is Friday night.

The head on collision Tuesday night was due to the carelessness of Harry Eide and Wm. Neinas.

Being forced to draw a conclusion from what East Lynn has to say in regard to the full blooded cow compared with the grade or scrub as she really is.  Any person with a reasonable amount of brains can see at a glance that he is drawing big on his imagination and that his reason for believing as he does has no foundation whatever, as he gives no facts regarding the condition of things as they exist in different herds.  In the first place, strictly speaking, there is but one pure bred cow in the herd that he refers to as being a full blooded herd, and she was bought as a three titter at a scrub cows price of $100.  In the second place, the net proceeds of this so called full blooded herd is more than his or the average herd of the factory.  And in the third place, E.L. don’t know what he is talking about in the first place.  Hoping that this will have a gentle effect on his upper story and he will stay by his scrubs as they match him best (to ruin as he says) for some time at least and give them a fair show.  At present we are not able to tel from experience what they are capable of doing.  Being unfortunate as a beginner, not being rich and good looking too, as Bro. Bill, and unable to try the best we do not expect to get the best results.  We will admit that we invested the price of an automobile in pure breds.  Time will tell which is the best investment.

The discussion on whey butter will be taken up in the near future.
