Horvat, Helen Evelyn Margaret (Marriage –8 August 1964)

Miss Helen Evelyn Margaret Horvat, daughter of Mrs. Ann Horvat of Willard, exchanged nuptial vows Saturday with Thomas William Bombach, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Bombach of Loyal.  The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. William Nikolai in the Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard. Bouquets of tinted green carnations made up the altar bouquets.  The choir of the Holy Family Church furnished nuptial music.

Two hundred guests witnessed as Joe Tolaney of Willard gave the bride in Marriage. As she approached the altar, she was attired in a white taffeta gown, fashioned with tiers of lace in the front and back. The bodice was accented with long, lace sleeves, studded with pearls and sequins. She carried a bouquet of green-tinted carnations.

Miss Angeline Horvat was maid-of-honor.  Bridesmaids were Karen Olson and Joan Goodbrand. Wendell Ziegler was bestman.  Ushers were Tony Tolaney and Roger Bombach.

Mr. Bombach is employed by a trailer company in Spencer.  Mr. and Mrs. Bombach will reside in Loyal on their return from a wedding trip to Wisconsin Dells.

People from away attending the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Stig Carlson and family of Waukegan, Ill.; Mrs. Edna Salman of Kenosha; Gene Bombach and family of Illinois; and Pat Susa of Milwaukee.  Others attending were from Neillsville, Spencer and Owen.
