Greenwood (10 December 1964)

 

M/Sgt. and Mrs. Keith Stewart and children, Mark and Luann, of Omaha, Nebr., visited from Thursday until Sunday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stewart, and other relatives.  Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Gary Rohde and son, Dean, of Madison, who also spent some time with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Rohde. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. Allan (Joan) Anderson and son, Mark, and Richard Bergemann of Milwaukee, and Miss Mary Bergemann, who attends school in Wisconsin Rapids, spent from Thursday until Sunday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Bergemann.  Other guests were her mother, Mrs. Jesse Raab of Loyal, and Robert Ellerbrach of Milwaukee. Saturday, Mrs. Bergemann was honored on the occasion of her birthday.

 

Guests at the Emil Noah home from Wednesday until Sunday were their children, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Hoffman and family, of Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Fitzl of Harvard, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Verlan Noah and family of Thorp, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stark and family of Neillsville.

 

Thursday guests at the Earl Caliebe home were Mr. and Mrs. George Syth and Mr. and Mrs. Jerrold Kuester and daughter, Susan, of Eau Claire, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Wehrman, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Cox, Mrs. George Caliebe, Mr. and Mrs. John Syth and son, Robert, Arleigh Syth and Ervin Leach.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Reynold Syth entertained at their home Sunday in honor of the third birthday of their son, Kent, which occurred November (ink blotch).  Guests were Mr. and Mrs. (Ink blotch) Short and family of Neillsville and Kent’s grandmother, Mrs. Jack Syth.

 

A family reunion was held Thursday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stewart in Greenwood. Those present were: Esper Jepsen and children of Kaukauna; M/Sgt. and Mrs. Keith Stewart and children, Mark and Luann, of Omaha, Nebr.; Mr. and Mrs. Gary Rohde and son, Dean, of Madison; Glenn Stewart of Medford; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stewart and family of Stanley; Mrs. Rita Stewart and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Don Decker and sons of Greenwood.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Corey and daughter, Nancy, have returned to Sioux Falls, S. D., after spending a week at the home of his mother, Mrs. Lee Corey, and in Neillsville with his brother, Gary Corey and family.  Other guests at the Corey home were Mr. and Mrs. Corey and family of Neillsville; Mrs. August Lemberg of Loyal; and Mrs. Alice Perkins.

 

Sunday guests of Mrs. Maud Huntzicker were her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Austin Mlada and daughters, of Hales Corners, and his mother, Mrs. E. L. Mlada of Marshfield.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Giles Susa are the parents of a son, Daniel Ray, born November 21.  He weighed 11 pounds, five ounces.
