Mr. and Mrs. Allie Hoover of Dexterville visited friends here Monday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. F. Helm went to Milwaukee and West Bend last Saturday for a several weeks visit.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Carl Helm returned to their home at Forest Junction the latter part of last week.

 

Max Opelt autoed to Pittsville on Tuesday to meet Mr. Watson, traveling salesman for a Milwaukee grocery house, taking in City Point, Lindsey and Nevins.

 

Clark Brooks went to Madison last week to witness the football game.

 

Max Opelt autoed to Marshfield Monday with Mr. and Mrs. Hoover.

 

Mr. and Mrs. E. Montag went to Chili Tuesday.

 

Miss Martha Nitschke was shipping in Neillsville Wednesday.

 

Miss Lena Wiertz is sick with the measles in Neillsville.  Mrs. Wiertz went down Sunday.

 

Mrs. J. Breseman and Miss Agnes Krause and Walter Krause went to Marshfield Tuesday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Gavrace entertained company from away this week and from here they went to Necedah.

 

Ed Riedel and brothers and Harry Cole left last Monday for the happy hunting grounds near Withee.

 

Walter Krause returned from Rollo, N.D., after a year’s absence.

 

Ferdinand Gotter and wife are back from Random Lake.  They have purchased a farm near Chili.

 

Mrs. W. Christman and children are visiting her parents this week.
