Boushon, Ruth (14 September 1888 - 7 May 1965)

 

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the Georgas Funeral Home in Neillsville for Mrs. John (Ruth) Boushon, 76, a lifelong resident of the Chili area. She died Friday in Neillsville.  The Rev. Oscar Nichols of the Neillsville Methodist Church officiated.  Burial was made in the Nasonville Cemetery.

 

Mrs. Boushon was born September 14, 1888, in Nasonville, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Leonhardt. She was married November 21, 1912, in Marshfield.

 

Surviving are her husband; two children, Mrs. Ed (Ellen) Kreske of Milwaukee, and Meil of Greenfield; a sister, Mrs. Dell Millard of New York; and four grandchildren.

 

Pallbearers were Alfred Moldenhauer, Emil Tykac, Martin C. Krause, Arthur and Walter Hillert and Burdett McNaul.

 

People from away attending the funeral were: Mrs. Minnie Katzenberg, Mrs. Ronald Janett, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Boushon, Gordon Wix, Mrs. Jessie Hayes, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Boushon, all of Marshfield.  

 

From Chili were: John Boushon, Frank and Henry Boushon, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hillert, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hillert and family, Burdett McNaul, Mrs. Frieda Dahl, Mrs. Anna Montag, Mrs. Emma Eide, Mrs. William Reisner, Mrs. Charles Harriman, Gertrude Gildernick, Adelia Grobe, Mrs. Duane Bock, Mr. and Mrs. James Boushon, Mrs. Amanda Sanger and Mrs. Herb Puscheck.
