Oestreich, Carolyn (15 JULY 1958)

 

A marriage ceremony in the Loyal Methodist Parsonage at 2 .m. Tuesday, July 15, joined Carolyn Jean Oestreich, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Oestreich, R. 1, and Alois Lis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Lis of R. 1, Lublin . The Rev. Alfred E. Atwood officiated.

 

Mrs. Bill Carpenter, Wisconsin Rapids, in a yellow gown and carried yellow roses and white carnations, served her sister as matron of honor, and Bill Carpenter, brother-in-law of the bride, was best man.

 

The bride wore a light blue embroidered Dacron dress with white accessories. Her flowers were red roses and white carnations. Supper was served at the home of the bride’s parents.

 

The bride is a graduate of the Loyal High School and St. Joseph’s School of Nursing, Marshfield. She has been employed at Luther Hospital, Eau Claire. The groom is a graduate of the Fairchild High School and Gale Institute of Minneapolis, Minn. He is employed as relief operator for the Soo Line Railroad Co. and at present is stationed at Rapid River, Mich., where the couple will make their home until August 1.
