Foemmel’s Corners (3 November 1911)


Mr. Herb Fradette had some hay pressed last week.


Mr. and Mrs. Al Nonhof, Mrs. A. J. Lammers and Mrs. Truman Davis were invited to attend the Circle at the T. D. Wage home last week Wednesday, but Mrs. Davis was unable to attend.


Mr. A. J. Lammers is having his factory painted, inside and out.


Mrs. Truman Davis spent Friday of last week with her mother and had some sewing done.


Amelia Krause assisted Mrs. John Pietenpol with the silo fillers several days last week.


Mrs. Geo. Huntley spent most of the week in caring for her daughter Mrs. Roy Lawrence who is sick with asthma.


Hale Davis and family spent Sunday at his brother Truman’s.


Mural Sweet visited his parents in their new home which is north of Erhardt mill.


Papa Heck gave us a call one day last week and reports those twins as husky lads, weighing 8 ½ and 9 pounds.  Congratulations!


Mr. Perhar came up form Sheboygan County to visit the people here that came from down there. 


Mr. and Mrs. Al Nonhof, Mr. and Mrs. John Pietenpol attended the chicken pie supper given by the Circle at the A. J. Knorr home Tuesday evening.


Since Nov. 1st the cheese factory here has been run only every other day.


Mr. and Mrs. Chas Greeler are entertaining company from away.


Truman Davis bought a furnace which he will have put in soon.
