Speiser, Olga (28 FEB 1917)

Mr. Arthur Grassman and Miss Olga Speiser of the town of Lynn (Clark Co., Wis.) were quietly married at the German Lutheran Parsonage in the town of Grant, with Pastor Rev. J. Reiff officiating at 10 o’clock Wednesday morning, Feb. 28th, 1917.  The bridal pair was attended by Miss Elsie Kurth, a close friend, and by Alvin Grassman, the groom’s brother.  The bride is the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Speiser and is a young woman of pleasing manners and one who is proficient in the art of housekeeping.  She was very prettily dressed for the marriage ceremony in a gown of light blue and her attending bridesmaid was also in blue.  The groom is the third son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Grassman of the town of Lynn, and industrious and painstaking young farmer.  This happy pair will take up residence in the town of Lynn where the groom will follow his chosen profession and that success and happiness may be theirs is the wish of their host of friends.
