Granton (13 July 1967)

The graduating class of 1947 of Granton High School will hold their 20th year class reunion Saturday evening, July 15, at Club 10, near Neillsville.

The Rev. and Mrs. Dale Trimberger of Ann Arbor, Mich., who have been visiting at the Horace hack home in Marshfield and the Hugo Trimberger home in the village, have gone to Menasha, where they will reside for the next six weeks. The Rev. Mr. Trimberger will serve as interim pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church.

A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Francis Steiner of Granton, weighing seven pounds six and one-half ounces, July 8, in Memorial Hospital in Neillsville. She has been named Ann Margaret.

Mr. and Mrs. William Lehmann attended a Lehmann family reunion Sunday in Tigerton Dells.

Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Fox of Minneapolis, Minn., visited Friday and Saturday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Lehmann. They were enroute home from a two-week camping trip into western states.

Alvin Spaete, Joe Dachal and Ollie Poler spent the weekend fishing in the Hayward area.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Reinart and two sons of Rockford, Ill., visited Saturday with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Polar.

Mr. and Mrs. Neal Fero and two children of Milwaukee have been spending their vacation with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Fero.

Mr. and Mrs. William Schmidtke visited Sunday evening at the Ross Stevens home in Spencer.

Mrs. Leo Dankemyer of Neenah, formerly of the Chili area, is a surgical patient in Memorial Hospital in Neillsville.

The auditing committee for Fidelity Camp, R. N. A., will meet this (Thursday) afternoon at the home of Mrs. Ella Eibergen in rural Granton.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hoeft spent the weekend traveling through northern Wisconsin.

The July meeting of the York Center Community club was held Sunday at the William Eibergen home, with a picnic dinner served at noon.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Kirk and family of St. Paul, Minn., spent the weekend visiting at the Roy Jennings home near Chili, and with Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Garbisch and family.
