Lee, Marie A. (7 January 1954 - 19 October 2012)

Marie A. Lee, age 58, of Plymouth, passed away early Friday morning (Oct. 19) at St. Luke hospital in Milwaukee.

She was born on January 7, 1954, in Chicago, IL, a daughter of Regina Lobacz and the late Chester Rogalski. She graduated from Thorp High School in 1972 and graduated from Cosmetology School in Eau Claire.

On June 1, 1974, she married Ronald Lee in Thorp, WI. The couple resided in Plymouth after marriage. Marie worked at Piggly Wiggly in Plymouth for over 20 years in the bakery department. She enjoyed spending teem with her grandchildren, gardening, flowers and her lap cat, Cody.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Ronald, of Plymouth; two daughters: Sara Lee-Kurabelis (her husband: Nate Kurabelis) of Stevens Point, and Jenelle Lee-Abbas (her husband: Adeel Abbas) of Chicago, IL; two grandchildren: Simra and Shayan Abbas; her mother, Regina Rogalski of Thorp, WI; one brother, Ronald (Jill) Rogalski of Thorp, WI; nieces and nephews: Kevin (Annie) Rogalski of Stanley, Eric Rogalski of new Mexico, Patrick Rogalski (partner: Kevin Brylski) of Eau Claire, Nicole Anderson of Iowa, Michael Anderson of Green Bay. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

She is preceded in death by one sister, Sandi; and her father, Chester.

Private family services were held. Following Marie’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name.
