OBITUARY OF SAMUEL ARTHUR DAUGHENBAUGH


Samuel Arthur Daughenbaugh was born near Cresco, Iowa July 8, 1880.


He was united in marriage to Hattie L. Daughenbaugh at Galena, Ill., on Nov. 17, 1923.


Mr. and Mrs. Daughenbaugh moved on their farm at Willard, Wis., about a year ago, where they resided until his death, May 27, 1927.


He leaves to mourn his death, besides a host of relatives and friends, his wife, three sisters and four brothers: Sue Backus and Henry Daughenbaugh of Willard, Wis. Bernice Bloomingdale Walter Daughenbaugh of Oshkosh Anna Leckington of Storm Lake, Iowa John Daughenbaugh of Minnesota and Harry Daughenbaugh of California.


Funeral services were conducted at his home at Willard, Wis., by Rev. Household of Greenwood at one o'clock Saturday afternoon, May 28, 1927, and the remains were take to Elroy, Ill., for interment.


Sam was a loving husband and brother and a faithful friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.


We extend our sympathy to Mrs. Daughnbaugh in this her hour of bereavement, also to the brothers and sisters and other relatives and friends.
