ALLEN DEGENHARDT DIES SUDDENLY, SERVICES THURSDAY
 

Allen Degenhardt, age 41, Route 1, Loyal, Town of Beaver, Clark County, was dead on arrival at St. Joseph's Hospital on Dec. 16, 1975 from an apparent heart attack. He was stricken at his home.


Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18 at St. Anthony's Church, Loyal, with the Rev. Chester Osowski officiating. Burial will be made in the parish cemetery.


Rinka Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.


Allen Degenhardt was born on July 6, 1934 at Colby, Wis. He attended Colby School, Mack School and Loyal School.


He was married to the former Theresa Wolf April 11, 1959 at St. Anthony's Church. He worked at E-Z Kamper at Loyal in 1959. Since 1959 he worked part-time jobs helping farmers in the area. He was in the Army from 1954 to 1956 during the era of the Korean conflict. He was a member of St. Anthony's Church in Loyal.


Surviving besides his wife are the following children: three sons, Timothy, Michael and Nicholas four daughters, Cindy, Robin, Valeria, and Sally, all at home five brothers, Edward, Greenwood Roman, Loyal James, Oak Creek, Wis. Raymond, Loyal Ronald, Freeport, Ill. four sisters, Mrs. Edward (Eleanora) Bowman, Alma Center Mrs. Leo (Jean) Verbrigghe, Milwaukee Mrs. James (Carol) Whipple, Marshfield and Mrs. Sylvester (Arlene) Rizzi, Spencer. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Degenhardt and one brother, Harold, preceded him in death.
