KARL TESMER


Funeral services for Karl A. Tessmer, 88, Route 1, Loyal, Clark County, will be held on Nov. 11 at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer.


Mr. Tessmer died at the Clark County Health Care Center, Owen, on Nov. 8, 1976. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Wm. Ruhbusch, with burial in the West Spencer Cemetery.


Mr. Tessmer was born Oct. 18, 1888 at Pittsburgh, PA. He received his education at Dorchester, Wis. His employment included farming, logging and lumbering. He was married to Lenora Bosse on June 29, 1916 at Dorchester, Wis.


He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer.


Surviving are his wife, two sons, Edwin, Belton, Texas Leroy, Belton, Texas four daughters, Mrs. Ruth Foster, Independence, MO Mrs. Mildred Ericksmoen, Owen Mrs. Donald (Dorothy) Darge, Racine Mrs. Harold (Florence) Bingham, Kenosha 18 grandchildren 11 great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Herman (Alvina) Larnze, Clintonville. Preceding him in death were two brothers and two sisters.


Rux funeral Home is in charge of services.
