Way, Elsie (17 Mar 1875 - 17 Nov 1900)
News reached here last week of the death of Mrs. J.P. Way, formerly
Elsie Huntzicker. She died Nov. 17, 1900, at Anaconda, B.C.
Deceased was the adopted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Huntzicker,
of the town of Eaton, Clark County. She was born in the town of
Withee Mar. 17, 1875. Her girlhood was spent in this city, where
she lived until four years ago when she went with Mr. and Mrs.
Huntzicker to Eaton. Soon afterward she went to visit her father in
British Columbia, where she met and was married to J. P. Way.
She was a most amiable girl and her life was full of sunshine and
cheerfulness. She had many friend here who mourn her early death.
She died of quick consumption, leaving a child but a few days
old.
