Dear Crystal,

The transcription is as follows:
Please note that this is from Notes on the back of an original copy sent to my Mother, Roseanna Warner Owens by Hester Warner. All notes were written by Hester including when the picture was taken.

This picture is included in a family photo album in my possession. I am still going through the albums so I am not sure what else my be there.

Names in ( ) are married names for females

Last Row:

Hester's note indicates it was taken when she was ten so it would have been in 1912. I believe it was taken at their property.

I really don't have alot more on this line as yet. I do not know who actually did the interview with Alice B. but the notes were copied and sent to family members. As I inherited the copy along with notes from my Mother I know they came to her, probability is they came to her from Hester. But, I do not know who sent them to her.

There is just too much out there that people guess on. And who knows, it might just be that link someone has been looking for. A note for you, we do a lot of camping. Currently now it is in Northern California but one of my hobbies is to go to old cemeteries and take pictures. I can't say I'll always be close to where someone May want me to look but if I am I would be happy to see if I can find a relative or two. We are within very comfortable driving distance to various areas that a lot of folks traveled to, to become miners. I have found several of my Calkins Relatives are buried with 50 miles of me! So if anyone wants to contact me about that I can tell them if I am able to go check. We also are in the middle of the area for the Donner Party so if anyone is connected to that I can research our cemeteries here.

My Contact info would be:

Dear Crystal,

I've attached the photo and the legend.  Its not a very big picture so I'm not sure the quality is going to get much better.  I've found with the older pictures that they are hard to enlarge.  This family has quite the history and attachments to several "famous" people.  We can claim Col. Seth Warner, Green Mountain Boys; John Warner (One of the founding fathers in Connecticut) and even Benedict Arnold is a cousin.  The Roosevelt's are distant cousins also.
