Mrs. Ed. Voelker entertained her sewing circle Wednesday afternoon.  A quilt was tied and a lunch was served by the hostess.  Next meeting to be Wednesday, Dec. 3 at the home of Mrs. Joe Bymers.


Mrs. Gust Beilingberg and Mrs. Harry Bayliss of Ashland were Wednesday and Thursday visitors at the Albert Vanderhoof home.


Grandma Rizzi has moved to the home of her son, Joe, for the winter months.


Mrs. G. Beilingberg, Mrs. Harry Bayliss and Mr. and Mrs. Vanderhoof were Wednesday evening visitors at the Harry DeGraw home.


Beware and be sure of the lock on the hen house door, as Ed. Voelker had 33 chickens taken from the hen house one night last week.


Billy Wyman of Spencer spent Sunday with his friend, Donald Fisher.


Mr. and Mrs. John Bymers, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bymers and daughters attended a birthday party on Mrs. Bymersí sister, Florence Smith at Arpin Sunday evening.


Mr. and Mrs. Martin Below entertained Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Voelker and family to dinner Sunday evening.


Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Fisher and son, Charles of Auburndale were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Fisher.


Ladies Aid of Veefkind Salem congregation Thursday afternoon, Nov. 13 at parish hall.  Serving hostess, Mrs. Selma Deitz, Mrs. Len Gehrke and Mrs. Roy Schroeder.  Everyone invited.
