BRIGHTON CORNERS

Ted Oelrich left from Wausau for Fort Sheridan, Ill., early Thursday morning where he will be inducted into the Army.

Leonard Cramer purchased a Chevrolet truck to use on the milk route.

Gladys and Dale Rindfleisch and Katherine Phillips are victims of the mumps at present.

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Korth and family spent Sunday afternoon at the Frank Oelrich home.

Paul Sersch called at the Walter Neumann home Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Cramer and family spent Thursday evening at Marshfield.

Due to the extreme cold weather and the prevalence of mumps the attendance at the Brighton school has been very small the past week.
