Mr. and Mrs. Henry Fisher and A. C. Hull were business callers at Sheboygan Tuesday of last week.

 

Grant Fisher, who enlisted in the Army, went with a group from Wausau Monday and is now stationed inTexas.

 

Clarence Genett and family have moved into the Lieble house.  Mr. Genett is employed by Nall.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Voelker and daughters, Iris Jane and Barbara Ann; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Genett, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Genett and family attended a shower for Mr. and Mrs. Verlan Schorer at Colby Sunday, whose marriage took place last April.

 

Joe, Jim and Leon Jost and Carrol Voelker attended the ice carnival at Loyal Sunday.

 

Miss Ione Pickett spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Pickett.

 

Friends and neighbors gathered at the school house Tuesday evening to give Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Genett a farewell party.  They were presented with a gift.  The evening was spent socially.  Lunch was served.  Those present wished Mr. and Mrs. Genett good luck in their new home.  They are moving to the village of Unity.

 

Joe Jost, who has been employed at the Vernon Morrow home, has finished and returned to his home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Badzinski visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Vanderhoof Wednesday evening.
