Burlingame, Agnes (25 September 1903 - 10 September 1966)

Mrs. Ernest Burlingame, 62, died September 10 at Black River Memorial Hospital following a lingering illness. She had been hospitalized for the last week.

Agnes Vincent was born in Alma Center September 25, 1903, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Vincent. She moved to Merrillan with her parents and attended the local school. She married Ernest Burlingame on September 18, 1920, in Black River Falls. Mr. Burlingame was a Jackson County policeman many years.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday from the Merrillan Methodist Church, with the Rev. Calvin Carey officiating. Burial was made in East Lawn Cemetery, Alma Center.

Survivors are: three sons, S. W. and Rodney of Merrillan, and Dale of Madison; three brothers, William Vincent of Sun Prairie, Harry of Janesville, and Roy of Oklahoma; two sisters, Mrs. Dora Merrill of Alma Center and Mrs. Vera Davis of Black River Falls; and seven grandchildren.
