St. Mary’s of Colby celebrated the First
Communion of 14 of its student on April 29 at St. Bernard’s Church in Abbotsford
(St. Mary’s Church is currently being Renovated).
Those receiving
Communion are Richard Streveler, Aaron Dukelow, Carter Grewe, Madison Steinman,
Kya Vieut, Breklyn Lieders, Halley Halopka, Brandon Voelker, Matthew Mateer,
Molly Wells, Maggie Sobeck, Elizabeth Winters, Daisy Feiten and Brett Schmitt.
Guiding the class were DRE Diane Feiten, Rev. Daniel Hackel and teacher
Jenni Ploeckelman.
