Huhn, Charles (9 JUN 1877 - 2 JUL 1963)

Services were held Friday, July 5, at 2:30 p.m. for Charles Huhn. Rev. Leroy Urman, vacancy pastor of Zion Lutheran Church officiated and burial was made at the Colby Cemetery. Jeanne Tesmer was organist and also was accompanist for Kenneth Schulz, who was soloist.

Five grandsons and one great-grandson acted as pallbearers: James Huhn, Charles Huhn, Paul Huhn, Merlin Huhn, Russell Krueger and DuWayne Daeke.

Out of town relatives attending were Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Huhn and grandson of Milwan; Mr. and Mrs. Milton Huhn and family of Tomahawk; Mr. and Mrs. Errol Huhn and family of Cadott; Mr. and Mrs. Orrin Huhn and son of Marengo; Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Huhn of Boston; Mr. and Mrs. Arno Huhn, Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Hoeft, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Doersch, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Doersch of Cleveland; Mr. and Mrs. Arno Boll of Sheboygan, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Leonhard of Kiel; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Marquardt and Mrs. Clarence Lemmer of Rothschild; Mrs. Martha Meinholdt and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Liebzeit of Greenwood; Mrs. Ella Kobs and son, Kenneth of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Marquardt, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Kalepp and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Schultz of Athens and many from the local area.
